Welcome to Baby and Me Beats! We hold fun, inclusive parents and babies movement and connection classes across New South Wales where you can get out of the house, move your body, connect with your baby and meet other parents in the same season of life.
We spend 30 minutes moving our bodies then 30 minutes of social & sensory where you get the chance to chat with other parents while enjoing sensory play with your baby.
Hi, I'm Nikitah,
Founder of Baby & Me Beats, a local Penrith mum to my beautiful son Ashton and proud Kamilaroi women living on Dahrug land.
Baby & Me Beats was created from my love of dancing and fitness and my experience being a first time mum. My goal is to create a fun, welcoming space where parents and caregivers can connect, move their bodies, bond with their babies and make lasting memories together. After experiencing the challenges of becoming a new mum, I discovered how much joy and support came from local parent groups and baby activity classes, I wanted to create something designed for parents that brought that same sense of happiness and connection to community but make it something new and exciting for parents to do for themselves while also bonding with baby.
Inspired by our own Friday night "baby nightclub" tradition at home, where my family dances, laughs and enjoys music together, Baby & Me Beats was born. I've always loved music, dancing and bringing people together and my goal is for every class to leave you feeling energised, supported and smiling.
Classes are designed to be safe for you and baby. You can choose to babywear, hold, have baby in bouncer or simply on a mat beside you.
